These letters need to be edited to be applied properly. Lowes other current location is in Turtle Creek about 5 minutes away, KOHL's is on 441 and Hillsboro, less than 15 minutes away. Take a moment to read your final letter and assure it's accuracy.

I have recently learned of the plans to build a Kohl’s store in the south section of Coconut Creek, Florida along Atlantic Blvd. Lyons Rd. and Banks Rd.. As a member of this community I feel I must voice my opposition to this decision. I have always enjoyed shopping at your stores and will enjoy visiting your proposed location on state road 441 in Coconut Creek, Florida which is less than fifteen minutes from my house. However, I will not continue to shop at any Kohl’s location should you choose to build in the CocoMar location that will destroy the only remaining wildlife refuge in our area. Please consider the fact that you will be building directly on top of the only remaining wetland area in the south part of Coconut Creek, Florida. 

Additionally, your store will cause a major increase in traffic on Banks Road. Due to the fact that this is a neighborhood street, and not a major through way, there are children and families walking, riding bikes and pushing strollers on this road. This is no place to put a large department store! Please consider the tremendous consequences! 

All of this community is opposed to this as it poses not only a traffic inconvenience, but a major safety hazard. As a parent of small children who enjoy walking along the remaining wetland locations and throughout our community I am extremely concerned. 

I thank you for your time and hope you will strongly reconsider this location, as it is project that will not help create a positive community image for (KOHL'S / LOWES). ----------------------------------------------------------------

I am aware that you want to build a (KOHL'S / LOWES) store in Coconut Creek, Florida along Atlantic Blvd. Lyons Rd. and Banks Rd. I want you to know that I am strongly opposed to this decision. We can drive less than 15 minutes to your store in the proposed location on state road 441 in Coconut Creek, Florida, which is what we have always done and will continue to do. I think it is a poor decision for you to place your store here because you will lose my business as well as most all the residents in this area. We do not want a (KOHL'S / LOWES) sitting virtually in our back yard as this will only ruin our current quality of life along with our property value. I have not spoken with one person who supports(KOHL'S / LOWES) coming to our neighborhood. Take a small amount of time to survey this area as to how (KOHL'S / LOWES) would benefit. Please consider what I have said and know that if a (KOHL'S / LOWES) is built in the proposed CocoMar plaza, Coconut Creek, Florida that you have lost my business forever!!! Thank you for your time.
